We print all art prints on FSC® certified 230g/m2 premium archival paper that gives your prints a heavywheight, comtemporary matte feel.
We have chosen a matte surface without reflections to create a premium look and feel with no glare.
Canvas:
Our Canvas frames are made of FSC® certified wood. The canvas has a 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2") thick frame -Our canvas is 100% Polyester. It has a matte finish so it won't fade, tear, or warp.
Your framed art print will arrive ready-to-hang in one of our beautiful oak, white or black finish frames.
White border - The sizes listed on our website are always with the white border included. The white border frames the design nicely and gives it more depth.
Each frame is handcrafted with a sheet of UV-blocking acrylic glass and are delivered ready to hang, with the necessary back fixtures.
What are the shipping costs?
If the amount of the order is €215 and above, no shipping costs will be charged.
Orders below €215 will cost €5.95 to ship.
Where do you ship from?
We have art production facilities in the US, UK, Germany and the Netherlands. This makes delivery faster for you, but also reduces shipping distances and carbon emissions. Faster, smarter, greener. We partner with a range of couriers depending on the area. In some cases, the final delivery could be handled by your local post services.
When will you ship my order? Due to the handcrafted nature of our art and high demand, expect your unique piece to be shipped within 3-5 days. Once it's en route, we'll promptly send you a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to you.
Do I get a tracking link?
All shipments are insured and fully trackable, and a tracking link is provided to you in your shipping confirmation. Did you wait until your estimated delivery date? Please allow an extra few days for your order to be delivered - our partners are doing their best to get your order to you. Make sure you keep an eye on the tracking link for the latest updates and information. Any lost, damaged or delayed shipments are covered in full.
Quality Assurance
Did your artwork arrived damaged? No worries. Please send us clear pictures of the damaged product and packaging and we'll send you a new one. Please, do provide as much information as possible concerning the product and the order.
